As a food reviewer of Restaurant World, I can personally attest to the delightful experience of sipping tea at Tea Lounge. The tranquil ambiance, impeccable service, and delectable dishes make it a must-visit destination for tea lovers in Las Vegas. Make sure to stop by and indulge in a relaxing tea session at Tea Lounge.

My husband had seen a video on Instagram highlighting this place and that's what convinced us to go LOL. Dang those persuasive IG reels!! I think the big draw to the Tea Lounge is the views of the Strip from the 23rd floor, but we happened to visit in the middle of their 23rd floor renovation, so currently their Tea Lounge experience is being held on their 3rd floor, I believe until June 15. There is a small disclaimer that states this if you make your reservation online, but I also received an email a day afterwards to reiterate that the 23rd floor is under construction, and they offered to let me cancel if I wasn't aware. I really appreciated the effort to be transparent, and I'm sure some people only want to come for the view, haha. My husband and I are total foodies however, and were just really interested in trying the food, with the view being a bonus. It was easy enough making the reservation online (maybe because of the renovations going on?) and we were promptly seated after checking in with the hostess. We were seated by the window which was nice, but obviously the view from the 3rd floor isn't that spectacular or anything, haha. It's a small room, so it felt pretty intimate, and it also helped that there were only 3 other parties in the lounge with us. They have a set menu for the food portion, but you get to pick one tea per person, and they have a decent selection of black, green, oolong, artisan, and herbal teas to choose from. If tea isn't your thing, I believe you can pay separately for soft drinks, coffee, etc. My husband and I ended up picking the monkey picked oolong tea, and the pu-erh tou cha artisan tea. The oolong tea was a little too light for our tastes, but the pu-erh was great! For their spring menu, the four savory sandwiches we were given were porchetta, curry chicken, egg gougere, and smoked salmon. My husband and I both LOVED the flavor of the curry chicken the best, even though the bread was definitely on the dry side. The egg was also really good and flavorful, but honestly we enjoyed all of the sandwiches! The two scones were buttermilk and blueberry (I'm not sure if this changes by season), and I love that they come warmed up! They were super buttery and delectable, and it was definitely one of my favorite parts of the meal. On the table is Devonshire cream, lemon curd, and berry jam, to eat with the scones. The lemon curd was perfectly tangy and refreshing, and the berry jam was also sweet and delicious! Honestly, by the time we were done with the sandwiches and scones, I barely had any room for dessert, lol. I bit each one just to try, but I definitely didn't have the stomach to finish everything, haha. We had a chocolate hazelnut tart, blueberry cheesecake dome, raspberry pistachio macaron, and coconut choux. While very aesthetically pleasing, I do think taste-wise, the desserts were not as satisfying as the sandwiches. If I had to pick a favorite, I really liked that the chocolate hazelnut tart was rich without being too sweet and I also really enjoyed the toasted hazelnuts in the dessert. I can't remember exactly, but I believe it was about $62-65/person for the Tea Lounge? But considering that we got SO full, and it's in the Waldorf Astoria, I don't believe it's a bad price at all. We're definitely planning on coming back the next time we're in Las Vegas! FYI: The Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas only offers Valet Parking, with no option of self-parking. On their website, it states the price of valet parking is $45, so my husband and I parked off-site and walked over. I had called the Waldorf Astoria general number, and they told me it was a flat $45, regardless if I was staying at the hotel or if I was just dining. However, once I was at the Tea Lounge, the hostess told me that they do validate parking, and it would either be free or significantly discounted (to $10 is what she said). I can't vouch if this is actually true since we didn't get to test it, but this is what I was told.

Super cute lounge on the 23rd floor of the Waldorf Astoria. We were seated promptly at a window table for our 2p reservation. I believe they stagger the seating times so it's not overly crowded. The lounge is open air, more like a lobby than an enclosed restaurant, but nicely decorated, and the crowd was mostly women dressed nicely. Our server was very knowledgeable and sweet, but not overbearing. I got the vanilla oolong tea, and a pot was more than enough for me. It came with milk, but it wasn't really necessary. My friend got the monkey bread tea (I may have gotten the name wrong). Service comes with finger sandwiches (salmon, ham, chicken curry ,and egg salad), scones with accompaniments, and bite sized desserts. The sandwiches were good- I wish there were more of them, but the egg salad was a little unwieldy. The scones were amazing- not overly hard or crunchy like some I've had. The desserts were a little too sweet/rich and also a bit unwieldy. Overall, it was a good experience and the view was fantastic. It would have been nice to have some light music/entertainment (im picturing a violinist for some reason). I don't know if I'd revisit, but I'm glad I was able to check it off the list.

You definitely need a reservation here. The view is so pretty way up in the hotel and you can see the strip clearly. The service is great and the presentation is amazing. The tea time is a preset menu with your choice of tea and sweet and savory food. It doesn't look like a lot of food, but it's really filling. I think the price is fair. Will return! This is what Vegas is great at!

I've always wanted to try the Tea Lounge. I heard the view, tea and food were amazing. Finally got my chance. It was for a birthday. The view of LV was amazing! It was definitely breathtaking. Service was amazing. They were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance and decoration were gorgeous. We ordered a different pot of tea. So we could try a different tea. I tried the monkey picked. It was good but my fav was the organic lychee green. The scones with the Devonshire cream, lemon curd and homemade berry jam were so good. I used all the lemon curd and took my brothers. I even tried Devonshire cream and lemon curd at the same time. It was all worth the price of admission.

This place will forever hold a special place in my heart. This won't be a typical review because of my scenario: I was proposed here. The staff had helped my friend set everything up and I was surprised to see my now fiancé standing around the corner when we were supposed to "take a picture" by the beautiful gold wall at the entrance. The service is amazing and I'm so happy they allowed my friends to set up my engagement. After our engagement, we enjoyed a tea service. The tea was really good. We each got a variety of different teas. I had the Masala Chai. The provided milk and sugar sticks. I didn't ask but I wish there were sugar substitute options on the table. The food had 3 categories: savory, scones, and desserts. Now when I initially saw the food I didn't think I'd be full, but I was wrong. With all the tea, the little bites they give you add up. All the savory bites were delicious. The scones are huge and served and kept on a warm plate. All the desserts were delicious as well. They were nice enough to give us all a glass of champagne and a cake to celebrate my engagement. I love this place it's absolutely beautiful and I will never forget my amazing memories here!

So disclaimer: I'm not exactly a high tea kind of person. Only because I feel like it's kind of gimmicky, easy to do at home with higher quality teas usually, and super expensive when you go out for it. Not to mention it's also carbs on carbs on carbs with way too much sweet for my palate. I usually need a more substantial meal. That said, I had to take my best friend here, who is into this stuff. I booked reservations for this place months in advance. And good thing too. I didn't realize how limited seating was until I got here. We arrived to the beautiful Tea Lounge, with it's breathtaking view of the strip on the 23rd floor, and plush seating. There's only room for a few parties at a time. There's only 4 couple seatings in front of the large window. They have 3 seating times. I felt so hoity toity being here. This was a far cry from our first high tea experience I treated my best friend to back almost a decade ago in the OC in California. For what it's worth, Tea Lounge does it well. The servers are extremely good at what they do. The menu has a large tea selection. The food was pretty good for what it was. Lots of little mini desserts, lots of little sandwiches, and lots of scones. My favorite thing, which I feel says a lot, were the scones. Personally, I'd rather go to a place that serves actual hunky dory savory food. But we enjoyed our meal nonetheless. My best friend had a good time. We enjoyed our tea and mini bites. This was a beautiful way to catch up and celebrate her birthday intimately. There's a time limitation on how long you get to spend here. But it's enough time for a small party. As for parking, if you have a Nevada license, just park over at Aria for free for 3 hours. You can't even be at the Tea Lounge for 3 hours, and it's not worth paying for valet. The walk is short. If you're into high tea, this is the best way to do it because you get a beautiful view, top notch service, and pretty good tea/small bites.
